New Mexico ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION
The New Mexico Public Regulations Commission Corporations Division requires that all Corporations file a Biennial Report. Limited Liability Companies are exempt from any reporting requirement. The report is due 2 years from the original date of filing. The Biennial Report is mailed to the Corporations Registered Agent on file 30 days prior to its due date. Currently online filing is not available.

New Mexico ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES
Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity. Corporations that file the Biennial Report late are assessed an additional $250.00 penalty.
